  • How can I get an estimate?
    We have a couple ways to give out estimates. - In person estimates - Over the phone estimate - Text a picture of the junk you would like removed
  • How does pricing and payment work?
    Our Pricing - Price varies on how much space is used in our trailer - Our trailer is divided in 3 main sections. 1/3 - 2/3 - 3/3. Sometimes your load may be in-between our 3 main sections, which will be a different price than listed on our pricing pricing page. - All of our pricing is final ! you never have to worry about hidden fees, or extra charges Type Of Payments We Accept - Apple Cash - Apple Pay - Cash - Credit Card / Debt Card - Cash App - Zelle - Venmo * Payment is collected once the job is completed and everything is loaded into our trailer.
  • What can I except Before, During, After the pick up?
    Before - We will notify you 30min in advanced when we are on our way! - No need to stress on moving anything in the way before arrival. Our expert team will be more than happy to move anything in the way. - We are always on time for our schedule appointment. During - Once our team has arrived, we will always Greet and Introduce Ourselves. So you can meet all of our kind friendly team on site. - First thing first! We will put down any floor protective equipment if necessary. - We will ask for a walk thru, so you can show / direct us where the items are that is being hauled away. - Our team will be more than happy to answer any questions. - We will do all the heavy lifting. - We are able to disassemble anything If needed. - Everything will be safely loaded onto our trailer. After - Once our team has loaded everything onto the trailer, we will than ask the customer to make sure we didn't miss anything. - We will always clean up after ourselves. - Final walk thru. - We will collect payment once everything is complete. - Answer any last question.   • Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
    Cancellations - Absolutely you can cancel anytime. - No Charge - No Fees Reschedule - We understand life happens and sometimes you may need to reschedule our appointment date. So can you? YES YOU CAN! - No Charge - No Fees
  • Do I have to be on-site?
    ON-SITE? - No you do not need to be onsite for our team to come out. As long as the items you would like removed are In an area that is easily accessible pick up areas. - We will send pictures of before and after once everything is loaded onto our trailer. - We can collect payment over the phone.
  • How do you charge for labor?
    Labor Charge - Our labor price varies on how much extra work we have to do. Example: - Hoarder, hazards clean outs require a lot more time and proper PPE to complete the job. - Any job that requires bagging small items to make the job easier and efficient. - Long distance to load our trailers. - Special Event clean ups often require a lot of extra bagging, walking, scouting around for small trash pick ups, extra helpers.
